FREE DELIVERY IN THE UK ON ORDERS OF £20 & OVER
Free delivery on orders of £20 & over within the UK. For orders under £20 a delivery charge of £2.95 will be applied. Delivery will be made by Evolution Eyewear Ltd (EEL) for delivery to the place specified by the customer. EEL will use Royal Mail Tracked 48 postal service for delivery – in 95% of cases delivery will be made within 2 working days. Customers have the option to pay a charge of £4.25 if they opt to use the Tracked 24 service in which case delivery (in 95% of cases), will be made the next working day. Orders are processed Mon-Fri (excluding bank holidays).

Next Day Delivery – Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed
For UK customers requiring urgent delivery we are able to offer a next day delivery for an additional charge of £8.00. Orders placed by 3pm (Monday-Friday) will be sent out the same day for delivery the next day – please note that if you opt for this service an order received after 3pm will be despatched the next working day. For example, an order received up to 3pm on a Monday will be sent out the same day for delivery on Tuesday; an order received after 3pm on Monday may be despatched on Tuesday for delivery on Wednesday.

International Delivery
DHL Express Worldwide
DHL Express shipping is available for international shipments – rate is calculated at checkout. Select DHL, then select Calculate shipping, choose country from drop down menu and enter town & postcode for the shipping rate. Delivery estimate will also be shown – this varies by country but can be from 1-5 business days.
Royal Mail International
Royal Mail International Tracked service (Tracked when available). Delivery timescales vary and are not guaranteed – they can be from 7- 20 working days (it can be longer depending on customs clearing processes in delivery country). Delivery charges will be applied at checkout as follows:
Europe – £9.50 / Rest of the World – £11.50
International orders do not include tax. Please note any customs or import tax levied once the package reaches your destination country will be your responsibility.
Despatch Aims
All products will be despatched within 2 working days of the order being placed (excluding special order items e.g. prescriptions). EEL always aims to despatch the same (working) day.
In the event that EEL is unable to despatch the order within 2 working days, EEL will contact the customer to advise of the situation and the customer can either cancel the order or agree a later delivery date.
