In this section the term ‘Buyer’ refers to the customer and the term ‘Goods’ to the product(s) supplied to the customer.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we operate a ‘no quibble’ return policy and no reason for returning the goods needs to be provided. Please return within 14 days of receipt, ideally in the postage box the goods were supplied in and with the original invoice/delivery note or a copy of it. Higher value items (over £40) should be adequately insured e.g. using a ‘signed for’ postal/delivery service. As we provide free UK delivery on all orders of £20 and over we regret we are unable to provide a refund for return postal/delivery costs. The buyer shall receive a refund of all monies paid for the Goods (excluding return postal costs and any additional Special Delivery or International Delivery charges, if applicable), within five working days of receipt of the returned Goods.
Christmas returns: Items bought between 20th November and 21st December can be returned until 12th January.
